Every paid level has a 7-day refund window from the day of purchase. If it isn't for you, email support@kognitaa.com from the address you paid with, say "refund", and we'll process it. No forms, no calls, no convincing.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days, handled by Razorpay. Your access to that level ends when the refund is issued; your free Basics access and any certificates already earned stay yours.
